Abstract

The model of the formation of sanogenic thinking of adolescents in the process of military-patriotic education by means of physical education and sports conceptualizes at an interdisciplinary level the urgent issues of our present. In the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war (since 2014), adolescents (students of the ZZSO high school, aged 15 to 17/18 years) in accordance with the characteristics of their period in ontogenesis are vulnerable to security losses in war situations, the negative impact of social networks, the threat of stress due to high expectations for the successful education of high school students and future prospects. To confront negative challenges in life, harmoniously enter into multi-vector social relations, and adapt to changes, a teenager must possess a psychological mechanism, which is the ability of sanogenic thinking as the basis of his mental health, social and emotional well-being, the ability to manage emotions, believe in success and victory. The integrative connection of the content, forms, and methods of military-patriotic and physical education ensures the formation of sanogenic thinking and improves the psychological state of adolescents. The purpose of the work is to develop and substantiate the elements of a conditional model of the formation of sanogenic thinking of adolescents in the process of military-patriotic education by means of physical education and sports. The model allows you to recreate the structure of the studied phenomenon, analyze the constituent elements in integrity, and make predictions in the deployment of the conducted experiment. Implemented in self-development, experimental and training activities, the model confirms the effectiveness of the conducted experimental research, as well as the hypothesis about the advantages of using the abilities of emotional intelligence as an important psychological aspect of the studied phenomenon.
