Abstract

Personal maturity is defined as the ability of an individual to make adequate and independent decisions, take responsibility for their actions, possess well-formed moral and ethical values, and have adaptive mechanisms. In the context of lyceums with enhanced military-physical training, personal maturity also includes readiness to fulfill service duties, stress resistance, the ability to engage in collective interaction, and leadership qualities.

The diagnosis of personal maturity in cadets is an important component of the educational process, as it allows for the identification of the development level of key personal characteristics and the implementation of necessary corrective measures. The study employs various psychodiagnostic methods and tools, including tests, questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Special attention is given to assessing aspects such as emotional intelligence, communication skills, self-esteem, motivation for learning and service, as well as stress resistance.

An important element of the research is the analysis of the impact of military-physical training on the formation of personal maturity. Such training includes physical exercises, military discipline, tactical sessions, and psychological training, all of which contribute to the development of endurance, discipline, team spirit, and responsibility. Studying the relationship between the intensity of military-physical training and the level of personal maturity allows for the identification of effective approaches to educating future military personnel.

Thus, the diagnosis of personal maturity in cadets of a lyceum with enhanced military-physical training is a complex process that requires the integration of various methods and approaches. The results of such research can be used to improve the educational process, develop individual development programs, and enhance the effectiveness of training future defenders of the state.
