The article examines psychological factors influencing the formation of a healthy lifestyle among students, with a particular focus on family attitudes and interpersonal relationships as key determinants of health-related behavior. The relevance of the study is обусловлена increasing prevalence of unhealthy behavioral patterns among student youth, including poor nutrition, low physical activity, sleep disturbances, and high levels of psycho-emotional stress. The influence of the family environment on the development of stable behavioral strategies aimed at maintaining physical and mental well-being is analyzed in detail. Special attention is paid to the role of parenting styles, value orientations, and the level of emotional support within the family, which shape primary models of health behavior through processes of internalization and social learning.
Furthermore, the article highlights the growing importance of interpersonal relationships during the student period, when individuals actively construct their social identity and integrate into new social groups. It is demonstrated that peer interaction and social environment can both reinforce previously formed healthy habits and contribute to the transformation of behavioral patterns under the influence of group norms and social pressure. The study also emphasizes the role of psychological mechanisms such as self-regulation, reflection, and motivation in ensuring the stability of a healthy lifestyle.
The findings substantiate that the formation of a healthy lifestyle is a multidimensional process resulting from the interaction of individual psychological characteristics and social influences. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the integrated analysis of family and interpersonal factors as interconnected components of a unified system shaping student health behavior.
